Visual is not showing all data

tralliott At the beginning of your table there is an empty cell (with no region name) that counts around 697 users. 

Please check if that empty cell is counting the users that are missing in the region names. 

Please check how is your semantic model built. I mean, check the values used to show the regions (are there any empty values?), check the values used as keys in the relationship (are there any values that are wrote in a different way between the two tables -try to figure out if you have some misspelling, or special characters, or capital letters , or any kind of symbols or space that breaks the relationship you are expecting-?)
