Visual in Service Account and Desktop Is Different

Hi, im not sure why the same visual seen in PBI Desktop is different from Service account. No filtering was set, all default. Im not sure why the difference is quite drastic. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Anonymous , Clear Browser cache , refresh and try.

     

    Republish -> Clear Browser cache, refresh and try. 

     

    Sometimes, the page keeps a filter cache and  keep on applying those

      Hi there @amitchandak @ Thanks for your suggestion. However, it doesn't seem to work.

      I have tried your suggestion but still see the service account version. My colleague also sees the service account version from his laptop.
