Hi all,
I'm looking to visualise something that is similar to the Mario health bar:
My requirements are that the legend should be coloured by status, i.e. red, amber, green. The slices should all be equally sized.
In my problem, one piechart represents a "risk". Each risk has a unique number of controls that prevent it. A control's health is either green, yellow, or red.
My data structure is as follows:
Risks relate to controls using a one-to-many relationship. The health/colour of a control is determined by a measure, since it changes depending on the location (another table).
Ideally, someone would be able to hover over a slice and see the name of the control that the slice represents.
I've tried the native PieChart and it's not working since it doens't accept measures in the legend or details section.
Any ideas?

Visualising Status of Category by Individual Performance Measures [I need help visualising my data]
Hi @LiamBluett ,
I see that you want to place a measure in the legend of a visual in Power BI Desktop, but this feature doesn't seem to be supported.
As a workaround, you can try to create a separate measure for each color, and then add them in the Values section of the chart.
Best Regards,
Stephen Tao

Hi @Anonymous , are you able to elaborate a little further how I could use this to implement my desired functionality?
I've had my measure return 1 or 0, is this what you were thinking?
And this is my implementation in the standard pie chart:
When I add the Control to the legend, I cannot control the colours of the values anymore.
The visual Advanced Donut and Pie Chart allows me to do this - but it's not free, any suggestions?
