Visual filter not working on Web in full screen mode

Hi all,

I am using a visual on my report named "Cluster Map" It works fine and filters all other report perfectly on the desktop app.  When I publish the report and access it on the web, and make it full screen it does not filter other reports when clicked. I come out of full screen and it filters other reports properly when clicked. So it does not work in full screen mode. Any idea how to solve this?

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Do you mean this visual cannot filter other Visual when it is in full screen mode? Does the Full screen mode means the Spotlight Mode? Could you please share what kind of browser you are using to help us reproduce this issue if you don't have any Confidential Information?

      Bumping this question up.  I am having the same problem with the Power BI Service/web view.  When I expand to fullscreen 2 of the filters I put on the dashboard do not work.  When I click on them it does absolutely nothing, but if I switch out of fullscreen view they work fine.
