Visual error on the card
Hello
Since the power bi desktop 2.30 update I am having problems with my cards, when I open the report the fields included in "reference labels" appear blank. I have identified that when I place the font size in 14 if they appear otherwise they do not, in the same way their location, it does not appear in the correct position. I attach images.

This is a issue, and the engineer is fixing it. And you can try to enable the detail on the reference label and then set the detail's font size to be smaller or the same as desired font size for title and value, then turn off the detail. then check if the text displays.
