Visual does not show results - Problems with relationships between tables?

Hello everyone

Update the data in my Program table, Module 1, Module 2 and Module 3, including the keys to each table. When I refresh my dashboard the visualizations stop showing the data and simply go blank. I tried to fix it but so far nothing has worked, however, when I remove the relationship between the Program tables and the others the data reappears. I need your help to fix this problem.
