Visual and write back with Power App

As shown in the screenshot, I have an Excel worksheet.

1- Do I need to change the column and row order?

2- Any ideas for an appropriate visual to be used?

3- Is it a good idea to write back in the Power App?

    Hi dr_anas 

    1. You should remove groups in column A, B, C
    2. Header is missing for column D
    3. Each row should have a Quique key
    4. Write back from the Power app is a good idea
    5. Not required to change any format except points 1 & 2 I mentioned

    hi dr_anas 

     

    in addition to PijushRoy  consider this:

    If Consumption is a calculation then it can be ignored, but if if its like a stock take input add it.

    With structure you can use Powe rapps to insert data and use power bi to visualise as per your image.
