Visual already exists popup issue

I'm trying to import the Text Filter visual from the marketplace but I get this popup.  I've deleted the visual, closed out of power bi, reopen, and I still get this message when I try to open this v...

    edhans I'm new to power bi sorry.  I just realized I was understanding how to add a custom visual  wrong and it was working as intended.

Probably, but do want to confirm, you uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled. Not just simply downloaded and reran the installer over the current version.

 

If that fails, then yeah, a ticket. There is something on your PC that Power BI Desktop didn't properly clean up and is causing a conflict.

Yes that is correct, even tried doing it twice.
