Visual Stacked Column chart set to always display Ascending order

    Have you manually set the sort order and not relied on the default?

Hi dd88 
You could click on the ellipse of the stacked column chart and sort it by the axis you want (looks like it will be by the sum of your Y-axis). Then it will always be sorted according to ascending/descending sum regardless of any visual you click. Hope this helps.
