Visual Map and Fill map Disable
Hi Alba2025 ,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft fabric community.
Check Tenant Settings (Admin Only)Navigate to the Power BI Admin Portal and select Tenant settings.
Verify that “Use Map and Filled Map visuals” is enabled for your account.
Enable Map Services
In Power BI Desktop:
Go to File - Options and settings - Options
Under Global - Security, ensure the following are checked:
Use Map and Filled Map visuals
Allow visuals to use Bing Maps
Internet Access
Confirm your system or network is not blocking:
*.bing.com
*.virtualearth.net
Clear Cache (Optional)
Go to File → Options → Data Load → Clear cache
When you are signed out, Power BI treats your session as anonymous, so org-wide restrictions and user-based privacy controls are not applied, allowing the map to load without issues.
Thanks.
