Visual Card (New) - change background

I am trying to make background transparent.  Can this be done? Only thing I can make transparent is border. I am trying to make transparent is area behind callout values/labels.

yes trying to make it transparent but it is staying white

You either need to run the background to "off" or put the transparency at 100%.
