Visio Visual Field Word Wrapping

As the Visio Visual in Power BI currently doesn't support word wrapping through field mapping and the available documentation does not clearly outline these limitations, I recommend submitting this feedback to the Power BI Ideas forum. This will help bring visibility to the issue and encourage the product team to consider enhancements in future updates.

Unfortunately, Power BI Visio Visual does not support dynamic word wrapping via Field Mapping.
But, you can fix the text overlap by formatting the shapes directly in Visio before using them in Power BI.
Open your Visio file, right-click each shape → Format Shape → go to the Text Box section and enable "Word wrap text in shape." Adjust the shape size or margins as needed.
Then link the shapes to your SharePoint list using Data → Link Data to Shapes, save the file, upload it to SharePoint or OneDrive, and use it in Power BI. This way, the text will wrap properly inside each shape.
There is no native auto-refresh of linked data inside a Visio file once it's uploaded.

Thank you, when I right click on the shape in Visio and select Format Shape, there is no category for Text:
Can you check the ribbon tabs? You might find an option related to text or word wrapping there. I haven’t used it much myself, but it’s worth a look.
That has been my challenge in finding a solution. Visio guides don't touch on Power BI issues, and Power BI guides don't say much about Visio.

Please follow below steps for Visio Visual in Power BI;
1.Please Enable Word Wrap in Visio;
Select the shape → go to Home tab → open Paragraph settings → enable “Word wrap text in shape.”2.Link Data in Visio (Not in Power BI)
Use Data → Link Data to Shapes in Visio to connect your SharePoint list, then save the file.3.Upload Updated Visio File;
Upload the refreshed Visio file to SharePoint or OneDrive before using it in the Power BI Visio Visual.4.Power BI doesn’t auto-refresh linked data from Visio. To reflect changes, manually refresh in Visio, then save and re-upload the file.
