I have 4 Excel sheets (January, February, March, April). Each month, the condition of equipment are updated by week.
The reference functional location is the absolute reference, I want to be able to see the condition (g,r,a) for each month. However, every month, there are additional reference functional locations too, making it unable for me to create one-to-one relationships with each sheet.
I have unpivoted the date columns to try sorting the data by month using a slicer.
How do I link these datasets using relationships in PowerBI, so that the value of each Reference Functional Location can be sorted to be viewed by each month?
Thank you.
Hi jakadi,
Can you append the tables to each other in Power Query? If not, can you share a sample pbix? (If you don't know how, please see the pinned thread in the forums.) It would make investigating your issue easier.

I am unsure about appending the tables. Here's a sample file. Thank you!
