Viewer of report can't export data for Google Analytics connector

Hi there-

I have a viewer of a power bi report who does indeed have premium membership. She can download data from our data warehouse by clicking on the graph and downloading to CSV but she can't download the data for the graph that goes off google analytics - does anyone know how to fix this?

Are the data warehouse data and google analytics data used in the same report? If they are from two different reports, it may be that the report with google analytics data has some limitations on the permissions to export data from visuals. See Limitations and considerations section in Export data from a Power BI visualization - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Do you have other report users who have the same permission as this viewer to test whether they can export data or not?

Or is there any other type of data source in the same report and test whether she can export data from visuals that contain data from other data sources?

@jnrezk I assume you mean the report is on premium capacity  so the user doesn't require a Pro license.

Are you sharing via the app?  Is the build permission enabled?
