View report option always enable

Hello  How i can setup this view report option always enable? currently its not once i check on it i need to change parameter or refresh report then select all parameter

    Hello

    so if preview feature is disable then we can click on view report again and again and just fetch the details again without refreshing link

Set default values for all parameters
Avoid cascading parameters without defaults
Enable auto-refresh or load-on-open behavio
