View projects by city

Guys, hello.
I would like to create a visual, but in a common matrix I don't know if it would be possible, so I would like to know how I could do it, maybe the suggestion of some graph. I have projects by city, each project has a number of units, for example: Project A has 130 units, it starts in the 1st quarter and ends in the 4th quarter. How could I present this visualization? What result I would like would be something like the image below:
