View all workspace refreshes
Hi,
Is there a way to view all reports in a workspace in an export or database view?
I also need to see all refreshes, is there a way to see all in a holistic view instead of having to go into each report?
Thanks
Hi lherbert501,
Thanks for the clarification. and thanks to FBergamaschi for sharing valuable insights.
If you're a Power BI Premium capacity administrator, you can use the Refresh summary page in the Power BI Admin portal. It provides a consolidated History and Schedule view of scheduled refreshes for the Premium capacities you administer. The History view shows recent scheduled refreshes, while the Schedule view helps identify refresh schedule overlaps. You can also export the refresh information to a CSV for further analysis.
If you're looking for refresh history programmatically, the Get Refresh History REST API is also available. It returns the refresh history for a specified dataset.
For more information, please go through below offical documentations:

I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions.
Thank you.

Hi FBergamaschi
Similar to how in SSRS you could look at e.g all subscriptions or report runs.
Refreshes like below I have e.g. multiple reports but I want to see them all and all refreshes in one view
