Hi @Anonymous

You can view the embedded reports as a free user:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embed-sample-for-customers

"you can create Power BI content that displays reports, dashboards, or tiles in an application that is fully integrated and interactive, without requiring users to have a Power BI license."

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/azure-pbie-what-is-power-bi-embedded

@Anonymous also if there is not sensitive information only publish to web with less functionality, Embed allows to build full fledge functionality, again it is what you are trying to achieve. Technolgy/platform is there to support.
