Hi, 

I cannot edit/ view the data source of my dashboard in my desktop. This is connect to microsoft dynamics. I cannot see the data source. Edit Query, why?

Ok. But sometime you need to do some queries to analyze the data. 😞

It is a live connection. Is any wasy to see data source connection?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Since you connect to the data source with live connection mode, you will not see the option "Edit Query" when click the query just as @amitchandak said. You can click on the "Data source settings" button to see more information about the data source connection. And go to the "Model view" tab in the Power BI Desktop, you can see all the data sources that are connected to your report and view the relationships between them.

@Anonymous , It is a live connection to a Dataset? In can of live connection you can not edit it
