Vertical gridline on specific location only

Hi all,

I wonder if this is doable: 

I can create vertical gridline just on 2 specific location only and no gridline on the other columns

Or

Gridline on all columns but, I can bolded  2 specific gridline only

Use a shape line and placed it to the desire position

It looks like shape line only for horizontal line, not vertical?

Change the Rotation to 90 degree in format panel
