I have a column chart where the X-Axis fields are Fiscal Period and Week Name (Wk 1, Wk 2, etc.). I would like to have vertical gridlines to mark off each fiscal period. I added vertical gridlines, but they only appear in the axis portion and not in the chart itself. How do I make them extend into the chart (like the purple ones I drew by hand on the far right)
Thank you!

What did you use to create the visuals here?
I was searching for a solution to this exact same problem that the OP has, and this solution does not work for me. Doing this only shows the lines in the axis, but not in the chart body. Is there a secret to making them show through the whole chart?
I am having the same issue. Did you ever figure this out?
No, I did not.
Or if the gridline is not possible - is there a way to put extra space between each fiscal period?
