Hello all,
I am in the process of building a dashboard where we are monitoring audits for services that we manage. There are 64 services that are expected to be audited twice annually, so a target of 128 audits in total. I have a service table plugged into the dashboard and have a simple measure of "Count of Services X 2" to give me the target audit figure - this is all fine.
The issue I have, is when a second audit is being completed and I am filtering by service is that the cards in my visual are not updating, please see screenshot below for details:
The target audit is correct, as this is for the individual service that I have filtered at the top. The complete audits and audits complete % cards however should be 2 and 100%, but they are not updating. These measures are measured by:
"DISTINCTCOUNT(ReportName[ServiceName]) +0"
"DIVIDE[COMPLETE AUDITS], ]TARGET AUDIT])
I believe the issue has stemmed from the use of a distinct count, but I think this is necessary. The way the data is laid out in the source spreadsheet is a column for the service name, and then around 500 yes/no columns for questions as part of the survey/audit. I have had to unpivot this in Power BI, but this has now resulted in ~500 entries per individual service, so when I take the distinct count off and just do it as a count, then its telling me there are 500 completed audits which is obviously not true.
As shown in the screenshot above, it is recognisning that an audit has been completed twice in the little table that contains the questions - so I am unsure how to fix the card measures to reflect this as well.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated, I have been stuck on this for a few hours and have run out of ideas.
Thanks,
DRJ
