Values in a Matrix

I have created a matrix to list the amount of calls per fitered value by year. But the numbers per year are all the same, which I know is incorrect. See image:

 

 

I've filtered it accordingly, but am still unaware of the problem. Any advice?

    Looks like the relationship to Year seems a bit broken - or a filter is messing it up somehow

     

    Can you post up any measures code if you used any and a pic of the relationships tab
