Values get split into different column in matrix visual

Here I want to calculate total sale of these consumer , whenever i put month in column to see sales at diff month my target i.e tgt is also divided into different month lvl as well as my contribution i.e contri%. Here sm means sales per month,
Pls help me as i want to keep targt and contribution in row lvl as per consumer . Here i had done tgt calculation in table so it is showing constant despite the month when ever i change it into measure it get split. Pls help me to keep tgt and contribution at row level.

Hi, @bibekkadariya36 

This is the default behavior of the matrix, and if you want to achieve what you mentioned that there are a few columns in the matrix that are fixed, you need to customize the matrix header. You can refer to these articles about customizing matrix headers:

Due to the many limitations in the matrix, you need to achieve such an effect by customizing the matrix header.
