Values are merged into wrong category

Hi everyone, 

Looking for possible solutions to this case:
I have 7 weeks data that incorrectly displays for 25-Aug (the next to last column). Should be consistently @ 3% as in other weeks.

But as shown in the table, Self Service items are merged into the same group with Yes.

I have checked the data source (CSV & XLS formats), trim, upper(), etc., copy and replace by the exact same letters but the problem remains.
Data is shown correctly in data mode with filters applied. Only wrong display in Report mode.

I wonder if anyone has faced the same issue.

    Thank you. I think I have worked it out by making a copy of the PBIX file, removing all filters and cleaning the Query that has some steps that replace null with some values.

    Then Aug 25 is back.

    Anonymous , I doubt the blank values.


    Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.
