Values appear in Transform Data but not in the visualization

Hi Anonymous  - Please check the ManuelBolz  suggested, adding few more scenerios to trouble shoot this issues.

Like as per above snapshot, i am able to see some data is getting filter on filter pane check once, check if there is any relationship exist between the above table coming from HR-Jarvis field table to other table, for cross verification try to cross check by removing the relationship.
