Value stream map in powerbi

Hi, I'm trying to create a VSM in PowerBI. 

I would like to show different departments and their output, process time and waiting time + the trend of the last 6 months. For now what I've tried it creates a heavy loading time. Is there a simple way/add in which can help me visualise a VSM?
