Value not visible when drilling up

Hi,   when I have my data and try to drill up the Line value is not visible anymore.

Dear all,

 

today I tried again working with Power BI. It worked quite well but there is one thing I stuck on this issue:

 

As you can see the graphs shall display the same data. The left one is without a hierarchy, the right one is with a hierarchy. I would like to use the hierarchy but unfortunately the right graph with hierarchy does not display the value "risk". In addition the values are different on both grahs.

 

Please assist.

        My data: You see the initial risk assessment is visible but in the graph it is not. Neither in the monthly nor in the yearly drill up. It only becomes visible once I drill down to a specific month but that is not what I need.
