Value Display only at certain levels of matrix visual

Hello,

I have a matrix visual with multiple levels of hiearchy. I would like to display my value fields only at certain levels. I'm able to successfully to this but only with one of the fields, adding additional criteria causes the value to display on all levels.

Milestone Amount Filter = IF(HASONEVALUE(one_time_charges[number]),SUM(one_time_charges[base_cost]),BLANK())

But when trying to add the additional criteria I get this and I just want to have the 9905 number show on the 2nd level 

Milestone Amount Filter 2.0 = IF(HASONEVALUE(one_time_charges[number]) || HASONEVALUE(one_time_charges[dv_contract]),SUM(one_time_charges[base_cost]),BLANK())

Any help would be appreciated!

You need a combination of HASONEVALUE and ISINSCOPE and it may still not work because your hierarchy branch may only have a single leaf.  Rethink your requirement.
