HI, I am a newbie to power BI, I am wondeirng if there is way to add valuation on shape map like below,not jus the toolip . Anouther question is where do I fine map for combine Canada and US both. I tried so hard, cannot make one myself.

About the first question, I'm afraid this isn't supported by now. Please vote this idea or create a new one: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/15088578-shape-map.
About the second question, you can add a custom map as the picture showed. You can find it in the https://github.com. You also can submit an idea here: power-bi-ideas.
