Valid Entries at the end of Month

Hi Team, I need dax formula to calucalte all valid entries at the end of the month/Quarter/year on trends. This data i need to show on bar chart when user go to Month/Quarter/Year level i want to show valid entries on that respective month/Quarter/Year. I am using below formula but i am missing few of the entries on my data. Can anyone help me how to get valid entries.

Valid Entries =

VAR MAXDate = MAX(Table[SubmissionDate] )

RETURN

CALCULATE(

    COUNTROWS(Table) ,

    ALL(Table), Table[SubmissionDate] <= MAXDate ,

    Table[ReviewStatus] IN {"Registered",

"Rejected"

            }

)
