Using values from a table in a web request

Hi

We would like to get information from a company register regarding company information.

To do that, we must make a web request including the company name and/or their VATNumber, in which we have a table similar to this:

Thus, is it possible to use the information from the rows in a web request?

The reason it must be done dynamically is because the list is updating on a daily basis and manually entering the web queries, will be very time consuming
