Using the filter shelf to edit interactions

Question

Hi, I'm trying to see if filter shelf can be used to edit interactions such that some visuals would be filtered and some wont. Is it possible without using the slicers(using the filter shelf)?

Hi Janey, I appreciate your reply. However I want all the filters to be seen on my page and then I don't want all my filters to affect all my KPIs.

I want functionality on the filter shelf just like "Edit Interactions" in the format menu gives to the slicers
