Have spent ages with Google etc. trying to use the desktop VSTS connector, which I see is a beta.
I'm using the August 2017 version of PBI Desktop, I'm signed in with my organisational account and I get:
"Access to the resource is forbidden".
I can get the data via the browser version of PBI so the above mystifies me. Is there somewhere in the bits of our visualstudio.com account that need changing to enable this?
PS in VisualStudio there is permission for Visual Studio Team Services for Power BI as an OAuth-compliant application. This is in my account.
