Using a filter to reflect three visuals coming from 3 queries
if i defined relationship, there is no many to many within drop down.
but i created a table 'AgeType' with the values and added the relationship for all the three tables and it worked.

I tried creating relationships between the three tables, but then it gives me the error that the column should have unique values.
tried with all the three and they gave me this error.
What other way can this be implemented.

When you are creating your relationship what is the cardinality set to?
If you have it set to Many to Many (*:*) you should not receive the unique values error.
Otherwise, to avoid a unique values error you can create a separate table to serve as a reference table for your Age Types. I created a table within Power BI with just the column Age Type and entered the unique values you had listed. The relationships were auto-detected to match the other 3 tables, if not done automatically you can set it up manually and then I set-up the slicer based on the Age Type column in the created table.
