Just got you, kindly add another measure:

Measure 2 = CALCULATE(COUNTROWS(FILTER(VALUES(AnswerFeatures[UserID]),[Measure]="1")))

Put it into the card.

  I just removed the enhanced option, please also make sure you're using the latest desktop version, kindly check this one 🙂
