Using Semantic Models with "Date Table" to build new report - weird calculations

Hi,

I came across this weird thing that I have no explanation for.

I built Report1 that calculates Utilization of Resources in the company, using a built "Date Table" - the calculations are alright in this report, and I published it.

I started building Report2 using the previous Report1 Semantic Model and a fresh "Date Table" (identical to the upper one). When I try to use the measure for e.g. Utilization from Report1, the calculations don't work properly. Why is this happening?

Thanks in advance

There's not enough detail to give you an answer.

Provide a sample pbix based on your Report2 and you will get an answer.

      I have Report1 that contains:

      Date Table
      Various data
      and
Measure that calculates Utilization - and is used to create visuals that show Utilization on a Monthly basis.
      This works perfectly

      Then I created
      Report2
and I pulled the semantic model from Report1, recreated all the relationships (triple checked)
created a new Date table (identical to the one in Report1) + let me emphasize: recreated ALL the relationships

But the Utilization measure didn't show the correct answer - it actually showed TheExpectedResult/365 (divided by 365)

I am curious as to why this happened
I did fix this by recreating all the measures from Report1 into Report2, but I am wondering why the measures from Report1 didn't work as well in Report2 (with correct relationships)

        Hi dsj8wksnnckk,

Anything special on these relationships and functions that you used in expressions?
Can you please share some more detail information about this issue? They should help us clarify your scenario and test to troubleshoot.

        Regards,
