Using PowerBI Automate in a PowerBI report to snag .zip file in Azure/Sharepoint to email to user

Fairly new to power automate, and been banging my head against a wall to get this to work...my users in service have reported "unsuccessful" triggers. Looking for a solution with the details below 🙂

My suspicion is that either the permissions in sharepoint aren't set up properly or the dynamic expression of user email needs to be changed.

Potential solutions: I do have an azure blob I can leverage, and would prefer the .zip file to be referenced there, but haven't seen any documentation on how to fetch. Also the "Power Automate Measure" is simply just a USERPRINCIPAL() function, because my model doesn't have all of my users emails.
