    Hi justin8260,

     

    Based on your description, you need Power BI to only refresh on changes from your data source, right?

     

    Currently, there is no such a option that used to force Power BI refresh changed data only. If you have any concern on this feature, you can vote the idea Here and add your comments there to improve this feature for Power BI and make it coming sooner.
