1. Create query parameter

not sure what is PowerBI RS? Currently on desktop version september 2023..
There are two different Power BI Desktop versions. One "regular" version for publishing to the Power BI Service, and one Power BI Desktop RS for publishing to on-premise Power BI Report Server. The latter has reduced functionality.
