Using Parameter to identify customers with no activity in past years

Hi,
I attaching the PBI file.  I am trying to identify all the customer that have NOT had any activity in the past years base on a Parameter.

For example my matrix looks like this.  If I select 2 in the parameter.  I want it to show all the customerID where there has not being any activity in the past two years, In this case it would be A3,A4,A5,A6.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you all for the reply.  I did go with Ashish solutions, it mirror what i was already looking to see.  I review all other and they all seem to be able to come to the same results.

Three years ago from today is Apr 29, 2022 which means that only A4 is a match but you're expecting A4 and A6.

Hi,

the answer should be A4 and A6.  A2 and A5 had interactions after 1 April 2023 (which is less than 2 years from 1 April 2025).  PBI file attached.
