    SJ25 ,

    Check if you column has some space trim those

    and then try CALCULATE(COUNTROWS('TableName'),FILTER('TableName', NOT(ISBLANK('Tablename'[Sales Order]) && 'Tablename'[Sales Order] <> "" )))))

Hi,

This simplified measure should work

=COUNTROWS(FILTER('TableName',VALUES('Tablename'[Sales Order])<>BLANK()))
