Using Gauge for Percentages

Hi, 

I am trying to use the gauge viz, since we have target and strech goals but I am having trouble getting my percentages to display correctly. 

I don't have access to the full data set, I am given the percentage value in an Excel Sheet. The vaules should be: 

SR-5%

VPK-3%

Payments-100%
