Using %GT with a filter

I have a table with totals, and want the percentage value therefore I have used  %Grand Total option but when I filter by 1 catergory it caluclates to 100% of the filtered value. How do I get it to keep as a percentage of the Total?

you use a measure that ignores that particular filter.
