Anonymous - I am not sure there is a solution for this. For each unique source, Power BI stores a data connection. You can see these in the Desktop by going to File | Options and settings | Data source settings. You can only have a single authentication method at a time per data source connection.
Check the Ideas forum. You could also open a support ticket with Microsoft to see if there is a way. You could check the Issues forum here:

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
