    Hi Anonymous

     

    You may create the measures as below:

    Opportunities Created =
IF (
    ISFILTERED ( 'Calendar'[YearMonth] ),
    CALCULATE (
        COUNT ( Table1[Opportunities] ),
        FILTER ( Table1, Table1[Create] IN VALUES ( 'Calendar'[YearMonth] ) )
    )
)
