Users outside the organization do not view shared reports in their workspaces

These users can only access the share using a report URL, but their workspace does not display the share. Resources are shared to an account that is external to the organization, for example the repository account [email protected] and the target account is cuenta@acerosotero., both accounts are of type powerbipro
