Users outside organization cannot access dashboard
Dear Support I have some problem when sharing dashboard to users outside organization. User send me this screenshot when he try to access dashboard via desktop: Please advice
Hi,
I have shared a dashboard to two users outside my organisation, and they get a error message with an owl that states, something went wrong, please try again later.
The manager is able to view the dashboard, and she is on the same domain as the other users.
I the data is being pulled from a sql server.
Please let me know if you require further information.
