Hello,
I have a dashboard that contains data and statistics for several employees from several departments. It was brought to my attention that employees can only see their data and statistics using Power BI online and not the entire view that I can see of everyone's data.
Can someone please help with this? I want all employees to see everything.
Hi @dtango9 ,
Apart from RLS, you can have a look at this article and video from Radacad on Data Masking.

Unfortunately, this isn't solving the issue. Currently, there aren't any managed roles on the dashboard. Also, when I view the dashboard as specific employees it shows that I can see everything, but they are saying they cannot and have provided screenshots supporting that.
Right now, only managers can see complete data for some reason. This data is coming in from CRM - I wonder if it's specific to that?
You can restrict the users based on their role using Role level security.
