Helper IIUnfortunately, this isn't solving the issue. Currently, there aren't any managed roles on the dashboard. Also, when I view the dashboard as specific employees it shows that I can see everything, but they are saying they cannot and have provided screenshots supporting that.
Right now, only managers can see complete data for some reason. This data is coming in from CRM - I wonder if it's specific to that?
